Fun in First!
Welcome to 1st Grade! This year has already gotten off to a wonderful start and I have really enjoyed getting to know each of my students. We have so many fun topics and lessons in store to learn this year from our reading small groups all the way to some pretty awesome science experiments! My students have already shown me how hard they can work and they always try their very best. My plan for this year is to encourage and foster a fun, educational, and exciting learning environment in which all of my students will succeed and thrive in their own way. I like to make learning enjoyable with hands-on experience and real-life application as well as traditional teaching tactics. As a teacher, I hope to inspire, instruct, and uplift my students in every situation. I will always be there to motivate them to work hard and to never give up. I value a good relationship with my students and I believe we will all learn something from each other in one way or another. I teach my students to always be kind and compassionate to one another and I hope to not only instill academic skills, but interpersonal skills as well.
